Job Description
Bilingual Benefits Customer Service Representative assisting Spanish or French speaking client members with enrollment services. Working remotely while maintaining high customer service standards in a virtual environment.
Responsibilities:
- Help Spanish or French and English client members through the enrollment process
- Provide customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Maintain and document complete and accurate call and case notes
- Participate in team meetings and training
- Communicate and collaborate with colleagues in a respectful manner
Requirements:
- Excellent Spanish or French language skills
- Move seamlessly between Spanish or French and English
- Ability to quickly assess member concerns
- Ability to work in a structured environment
- High level attention to detail and multi-tasking
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Must be comfortable working in a virtual environment
- Experience working in a customer service environment
- High School degree required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree nice to have
- Working knowledge of health and welfare and/or defined benefit pension plans
