Job Description
Call Center Member Agent responding to member inquiries about eligibility and benefits at Gainwell Technologies. Role involves documentation and customer service through telephone communication.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to member telephone calls involving eligibility and benefit information
- Researching member calls/inquiries and responding in accordance with SLAs
- Documenting calls in a CRM ticketing solution
- Conducting outbound calls to members as necessary
Requirements:
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- 6 months minimum customer service or telephone experience (preferred more than 1 year)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
- Dental experience preferred
- Experience working with organizational functions and personnel
- Skilled in the use of computer software and telephone technology, including help desk software
