Job Description

Call Center Member Agent responding to member inquiries about eligibility and benefits at Gainwell Technologies. Role involves documentation and customer service through telephone communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to member telephone calls involving eligibility and benefit information
  • Researching member calls/inquiries and responding in accordance with SLAs
  • Documenting calls in a CRM ticketing solution
  • Conducting outbound calls to members as necessary

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • 6 months minimum customer service or telephone experience (preferred more than 1 year)
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
  • Dental experience preferred
  • Experience working with organizational functions and personnel
  • Skilled in the use of computer software and telephone technology, including help desk software
