Job Description

Profissional Bilíngue - Espanhol fluente atuando no suporte a usuários de tecnologia e ferramentas de help desk. Responsável por resolver incidentes e requisições em português e espanhol.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling tickets and providing first-level support to users, ensuring prompt resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Will register, triage, monitor and escalate tickets, providing remote support in Portuguese and Spanish.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Spanish
  • Prior experience in Service Desk, Technical Support or Help Desk
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with user support and ticketing tools
  • Familiarity with Windows, Office 365 and basic hardware and software support
