Job Description
Remote Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst providing telehealth support. Join Finni Health in empowering Michigan families with personalized clinical care.
Responsibilities:
- Create and update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and conduct functional assessments.
- Provide hands-on, compassionate training to parents via telehealth.
- Monitor progress through precise data collection and collaborate with the broader clinical team.
- Attend remote team meetings to share insights and ensure a 'whole-child' approach to care.
Requirements:
- BCaBA Certification: Active certification from the BACB.
- MI LABA License: Must hold a Michigan Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) license OR be willing to obtain it.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in behavior analysis.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
