Job Description
Bilingual Student Worker supporting Medicaid members in Oregon by conducting outreach and connecting them to health-related social supports. Responsibilities include data entry and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Contact Medicaid members, in both English and Spanish, to identify members who may qualify for the Health-Related Social Needs Medicaid benefit and connect members to supports
- Data entry of member interactions
- Data cleaning and basic analysis
- Other duties as assigned (e.g. supporting meetings and technical assistant offerings)
Requirements:
- Enrolled in or on vacation from or is otherwise registered in Undergraduate Program (minimum 6 credit hours)
- High-level computer knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office, with ability to create spreadsheets, data entry forms, queries and report, and experience with PowerPoint presentations.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 1 year in research data collection, including handling protected health information.
