Job Description
Assistente virtual bilíngue apoiando atendimento, vendas, leads e CRM para empresa de limpeza residencial e comercial na Flórida. Trabalho remoto com clientes em inglês e espanhol.
Responsibilities:
- Serve customers and follow up on sales opportunities
- Manage leads and keep the CRM up to date
- Support field teams and administrative operations
- Prepare basic reports and follow up on requests
- Support Total Cleaning Pro LLC, a residential and commercial cleaning company in Florida, United States
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- Sales experience
- Knowledge of CRM systems and spreadsheets
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proper setup for working from home
- Reliable internet connection
- Availability from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Brazil time, with a one-hour adjustment during daylight saving time
