Job Description
Expert support comptable et technique chez Pennylane, éditeur français de logiciels de comptabilité et gestion financière. Investigation des incidents complexes et coordination avec Produit et Tech.
Responsibilities:
- Handle the most complex issues escalated by users and Support teams
- Investigate bugs, anomalies, and accounting or functional issues
- Reproduce problems and identify their root causes
- Classify incidents and coordinate their resolution with the relevant teams
- Work with developers and the Product team to provide clear, actionable analyses
- Use investigation tools, including logs and basic SQL
- Document solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of the product and processes
- Share expertise with Support teams
Requirements:
- Strong accounting experience and an understanding of the challenges faced by accounting firms and businesses
- Experience handling complex issues requiring analysis and coordination
- Comfortable with technical tools and troubleshooting technical issues
- Clear communication with both business and technical stakeholders
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Rigorous, self-sufficient, and curious
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus, but not required
- Legally authorized to work in France
- Ability to work in English
