Job Description
Expert support technique et comptable pour Pennylane, éditeur français de logiciels de comptabilité et gestion financière. Investigation des incidents complexes et coordination avec Produit et Tech.
Responsibilities:
- Handle the most complex issues escalated by users and Support teams
- Investigate bugs, anomalies, and accounting or functional issues
- Reproduce problems and identify their root cause
- Qualify incidents and coordinate their resolution with the relevant teams
- Work with developers and Product teams to provide clear, actionable analyses
- Use investigation tools, including logs and basic SQL
- Document solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of the product and processes
- Share expertise with Support teams
- Collaborate with users, Support, developers, and Product teams
Requirements:
- Strong accounting experience and a solid understanding of the challenges faced by accounting firms and businesses
- Experience handling complex issues requiring analysis and coordination
- Comfortable working with technical tools and troubleshooting technical issues
- Ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English
- Thorough, self-sufficient, and curious
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus but not required
- Eligible to work in France; Pennylane does not currently sponsor visas
