Job Description
Brand Designer developing cohesive branding across digital, print, packaging and merchandise. Supporting an Australian hospitality and beverage business with creative concepts and brand consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain Canva templates and brand assets
- Design posters, signage, social media graphics and campaign collateral
- Assist with beer labels, packaging, menus and merchandise
- Develop and maintain clear brand guidelines
- Ensure consistency across colours, typography, imagery and overall visual identity
- Build an organised library of brand assets and templates
- Translate briefs from different business areas into cohesive, on-brand creative
- Bring forward creative concepts and ideas
- Help ensure market materials feel distinctly aligned with the company’s brand
- Work closely with the team as a creative extension of the internal team
Requirements:
- Philippines-based candidate
- At least 3 years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous works
- Strong graphic design skills and a great eye for layout, typography and colour
- Experience working within an established brand identity
- Strong Canva skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Ability to prepare artwork correctly for digital and professional print production
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple briefs and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Strong creative instinct and confidence to provide constructive creative direction
- Must disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work
- Must reflect this engagement on LinkedIn as “Independent Contractor”
