  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other internal departments to review feedback, solve design challenges, and align visuals with strategic business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted creative advisor to stakeholders, balancing their requests with what's right for the brand.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of progressive creative experience, ideally demonstrating a track record scaling creative outputs and brand maturity from early-stage to growth stage within a B2B SaaS growth environment.

  • Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, UI/UX implementation principles, and web development fundamentals such as Webflow.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a history of successfully collaborating in a team environment.
  • Demonstrates fluency with AI tools and workflows, applying them pragmatically to accelerate work while exercising sound judgment about when and how to use them.
