Job Description

Business Analyst supporting project delivery through data-driven insights for Appriss Retail. Utilizing Jira and BI tools for reporting, forecasting, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain monthly and quarterly reports on project performance, timelines, and resource utilization
  • Develop and optimize dashboards in Jira and other BI tools to visualize key metrics
  • Support executive-level reporting with clear summaries and visualizations
  • Analyze historical data to forecast go-live date shifts, resource availability, and workload distribution
  • Collaborate with PMs to refine project planning models using real-time data
  • Ensure data integrity across Jira and related systems through regular audits and reconciliation
  • Maintain and improve data pipelines for tracking QA/UAT results, implementation workflows, and project milestones
  • Monitor and report on project health indicators including status trends, risk flags, and milestone adherence
  • Provide ad hoc analysis to support decision-making across implementation and scalability initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a project management or operations environment
  • Proficiency with Jira, Excel, and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, eazyBI)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
