Job Description
Business Analyst Lead providing cloud-based solutions for a California IT consulting firm. Leading analysis and implementation of licensing and compliance systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis activities supporting solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions, discovery meetings, and business process reviews.
- Elicit, analyze, document, validate, and manage business, functional, technical, and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and configuration teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management or Computer Science
- 4 years of experience as Business Analyst on a large-scale complex IT project in a regulatory, licensing, and compliance system
- 2 years overseeing a team of business analysts
- 2 years leading business analysis efforts across the full project lifecycle
