Job Description
Transport Business Analyst delivering client consultancy and promoting effective use of INFLOR products. Focus on continuous improvement and innovation in transport operations.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver system and/or business consulting requests (workshops, training, integrated testing, system configuration, demand feasibility studies, market research)
- Provide client support regarding the correct and effective use of INFLOR products and services
- Identify and recommend product improvements or new opportunities to maximize value for the company and clients
- Support the marketing team in creating specialized content that is useful and relevant for external communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Forestry Engineering, Agronomic Engineering, Environmental Management, or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an IT Consultant or in a similar role
- Knowledge of forestry processes — transportation
- Basic Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Empathy and strong focus on customer satisfaction (internal and external)
- Analytical and inquisitive profile, with a strong critical sense for decision-making
- Ability to coordinate and negotiate
- Proactivity and responsibility in problem-solving
- Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation within the company
