Job Description
Business Application Analyst in North America Tax Filing Operations. Supporting technology service delivery and assisting with Tax Filing implementations and client communications.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate technical client conversations, including but not limited - security reviews, data integrations, data transfers and connectivity
- Assist Tax Filing team with application components and issues
- Act as a liaison between Strada Tax Filing Operations and IT teams
- Provide ongoing support with client communications and issue resolution
- Participate in system training and learn all aspects of system functionality
- Participate in Change Management process
- Participate in Security audits
- Create tickets as needed and follow up on the status, reporting back to the appropriate team member
- Deploy, configure, and support our solutions to meet customer’s documented business requirements, and assist Tax Filing Operations team with end-to-end system testing and troubleshooting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (with preferred concentrations in Computer Science/MIS) or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 year of experience in client-facing technical roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience working in a virtual, team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Strong client-service orientation
- Self-starter who demonstrates discipline and motivation in all aspects of job performance
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with internal and external contacts
- Experience working with tools to manage workflow/issue tracking (e.g., Atlassian Jira) is a plus
- Knowledge of Tax Filing tools is a plus
- Workday, Employee Central (SAP) and/or Oracle HCM integration experience is a plus
