Job Description
Business Intelligence Analyst at Gainwell using data to create reports and dashboards. Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance operational performance and improve healthcare outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to collect and understand data requirements for various business needs.
- Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reports to visualize business insights.
- Perform basic data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy.
- Support team members in optimizing data workflows and SQL queries.
- Document processes and maintain records of work to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis under guidance and communicate findings effectively.
Requirements:
- Three or more years of Data Analytics experience or relevant academic coursework.
- Familiarity with Python and/or other data scripting languages.
- Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Exposure to business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Cognos.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new tools and methodologies.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
