Job Description
Senior Business Intelligence Analyst connecting CRM and financial data into actionable insights for growth strategy. Collaborating with leadership to drive data-driven decisions in healthcare analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Owns the commercial data architecture that powers pipeline visibility, retention tracking, forecasting, and service-line expansion strategy.
- Connects CRM, financial, operational, and clinical data into actionable insights that drive growth.
- Collaborates with Business Development, Marketing and executive leadership to define and execute data-driven research and analytics strategies.
- Develops and implements key performance indicators (KPIs) to consistently monitor progress.
- Proactively investigates and communicates emerging trends in existing partnerships.
- Owns the quarterly partner metrics database, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Uses Power BI to develop and integrate key performance metrics into partner review presentations.
- Creates and prepares analytical data packages to support partner expansion opportunities.
- Serves as the subject matter expert for business intelligence by region, system and account.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferably in healthcare research/analytics or growth/business development); equivalent education/experience combinations accepted; master’s degree preferred.
- 5–8+ years in healthcare analytics, strategy, or commercial analytics
- 3+ years with BI solutions (Tableau, Power BI, CRM Analytics, or similar) including query performance tuning, BI development, and translating complex data into clear, executive-ready reports and dashboards.
- 3+ years hands-on SQL proficiency; advanced Excel for medium-to-large datasets; basic DAX/Python and API-based ingestion/automation highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience with low-code digital and RPA tools; basic familiarity with PowerApps and SharePoint development a plus.
- 3+ years in sales/healthcare research and analytics; experience in healthcare operations or sales environments strongly favored; prior management of direct reports a plus.
