Job Description

Business Solution Consultant at Rallyware focused on customer success with SaaS implementations and training solutions. Responsible for understanding business needs and delivering effective software deployment and training.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers to clearly understand their business needs and to design programs using Rallyware offerings to accomplish their business goals and objectives.
  • Based on program design, define the scope of the business implementation project and develop a detailed scope of work.
  • Facilitate working sessions and meetings required to drive customer requirements, communicate status and/or support risk mitigation strategies.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and leadership skills to establish a common understanding of project timelines, milestones, and delivery expectations.
  • Create a training curriculum based on customer needs and product features.
  • Incorporate motivating, creative, and interactive training techniques to enhance the training experience, in an effort to maximize customer use and improve retention.
  • Work with internal resources to update/create end-user online self-directed training materials.
  • Acquire detailed knowledge of the Rallyware products and solutions and act as the trusted advisor to customers.
  • Summarize and report on project status for internal management.
  • Make sure that all members of the Rallyware team are engaged and focused on our customers’ ultimate objectives.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS, consulting, digital agencies, or other fast-paced B2B environments.
  • Experience working with SaaS or configurable software platforms, including software implementation or customer-facing solution delivery.
  • Background in IT, software, or B2B service/relationship management.
  • Advanced English required; Spanish is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, or a related field.
  • Direct Selling or experience in adjacent industries is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize work, and handle multiple customers or initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong collaboration skills with customers and internal teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Ability to understand complex systems, analyze data or reports, and translate insights into practical recommendations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to clearly explain complex solutions to different audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including customer presentations.
  • Ability to manage customer expectations, explain trade-offs, and support customers in making practical decisions.
  • Professional and constructive in high-pressure situations.
