Job Description

Consultant managing client delivery for performance-focused marketing agency. Overseeing strategy execution and ensuring client engagements succeed while leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Own client-facing delivery plans, milestones, and delivery quality for clients engaging Limetree in ongoing marketing strategy, insights, and services.
  • Ensure client-facing materials are clear, complete, and aligned with approved scope, strategy, and client expectations
  • Review client-facing materials for clarity, completeness, and readiness before delivery.
  • Track risks, dependencies, and open questions that affect client outcomes, proactively resolving issues where possible and escalating with recommended next steps when needed
  • Coordinate work across strategy, behavioral science, data, media, and creative teams
  • Act as the primary client point of contact for day-to-day communication
  • Lead status updates, delivery check-ins, and in-flight discussions
  • Identify delivery risks and client needs beyond what is sold

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in client-facing delivery, consulting, account leadership, or project leadership roles
  • Experience managing complex, client-facing work in healthcare or similarly regulated environments
  • Strong delivery instincts with the ability to translate strategy into execution
  • Comfort pushing back on clients and internal stakeholders when needed
  • Ability to lead through influence rather than formal authority
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with marketing workstreams, including campaign development, messaging, creative, media, digital marketing, insights, or performance reporting, preferred but not required
  • Experience working with tools such as Asana and Microsoft applications
