Job Description
Customer Service Professionals supporting clients with technical and customer inquiries while working remotely from Arkansas. Requires a minimum of 25 hours per week and a professional home office.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting customers in billing inquiries and disputes.
- Supporting customers in basic troubleshooting of their hardware and software.
- Dispatching of Technical Crews when such troubleshooting fails.
- Answering inbound calls of customers who require roadside services, ascertaining the location of those customers through various means and then dispatching Roadside Service Providers to their location.
- Ensuring no customer is "stranded" or doesn't have their situation resolved.
- Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude towards all customers at all times.
- Communicating and Coordinating with supervisors and team as needed.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional care.
Requirements:
- Professional at home Office Space for working.
- Minimum 15 MBps Up, 50 MBps Down Internet Speeds.
- You must be a resident of the State of Arkansas.
