Job Description

Call Center Agent at Centerstone facilitating client intake and providing information about services. Ensuring compassionate care and accurate documentation in mental health service processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates client intake and walk-in needs by capturing demographic and insurance information
  • Serves as the first point of access with Centerstone services
  • Provides outstanding client service
  • Maintains accurate documentation in the electronic database
  • Notifies management staff when further authorization is needed
  • Promotes a culture of cooperation and collaboration within the organization and with external partners.
  • Attends team meetings and in-service training as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • One to three years of administrative experience preferred
  • Familiarity with HIPAA related rules and regulations
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods
  • Timely and accurate data entry
  • Active listening skills
