Job Description
Call Center Agent at Centerstone facilitating client intake and providing information about services. Ensuring compassionate care and accurate documentation in mental health service processes.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitates client intake and walk-in needs by capturing demographic and insurance information
- Serves as the first point of access with Centerstone services
- Provides outstanding client service
- Maintains accurate documentation in the electronic database
- Notifies management staff when further authorization is needed
- Promotes a culture of cooperation and collaboration within the organization and with external partners.
- Attends team meetings and in-service training as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- One to three years of administrative experience preferred
- Familiarity with HIPAA related rules and regulations
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods
- Timely and accurate data entry
- Active listening skills
