Job Description
Remote call center representative handling inbound customer inquiries for Conduent, which delivers mission-critical services for companies and governments. Resolving issues, updating records, and meeting performance goals from Puerto Rico.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer service support via inbound calls
- Handle high-volume call center interactions efficiently and accurately
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and system updates
- Follow company processes, compliance standards, and quality guidelines
- Meet productivity, attendance, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction
- Complete a mandatory 3-week paid training program, including classroom training and supported call handling
- Maintain an average quiz score of 80% or higher and complete required E-Learning courses
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 6 months of call center, customer service, or dispatch experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Proficient in English
- Must reside in Puerto Rico
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. permanently
- Ability to successfully complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
- Must be available to work any 8-hour shift, Monday through Sunday
- Secure wired high-speed internet connection with verified speeds of at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload; Wi-Fi is not permitted
- Dedicated workspace with a desk, chair, and quiet, distraction-free environment
