Job Description
Administrator for warranty operations in a remote role within Cummins Distribution business. Process information, manage communications, and document training needs effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Process warranty related information in appropriate databases under limited supervision
- Respond to request in a timely manner, performing due diligence checks prior to updates
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather information in order to properly process requests
- Manage the One-Off Authorization inbox, Templates and Rules and respond or redirect additional email traffic
- Communicate with Channel Readiness and Training teams effectively to document training needs and training availabilities
- Administrator for all Special Trainings – create classes in CST, monitor enrollments, email training links to students and close courses
Requirements:
- Independent worker
- Willingness to learn
- Familiarization with Cummins systems and processes preferred
- Warranty experience preferred
