Job Description

Administrator for warranty operations in a remote role within Cummins Distribution business. Process information, manage communications, and document training needs effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Process warranty related information in appropriate databases under limited supervision
  • Respond to request in a timely manner, performing due diligence checks prior to updates
  • Communicate with stakeholders to gather information in order to properly process requests
  • Manage the One-Off Authorization inbox, Templates and Rules and respond or redirect additional email traffic
  • Communicate with Channel Readiness and Training teams effectively to document training needs and training availabilities
  • Administrator for all Special Trainings – create classes in CST, monitor enrollments, email training links to students and close courses

Requirements:

  • Independent worker
  • Willingness to learn
  • Familiarization with Cummins systems and processes preferred
  • Warranty experience preferred
