Job Description

Client Manager overseeing the monthly financial close from start to finish for small business clients. Requiring solid accounting experience and ability to lead and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the monthly close from beginning to end for a portfolio of growing small business clients
  • Act as the trusted point of contact for clients
  • Create and document workflows for Accounting Specialists
  • Review bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial statements for accuracy and completeness

Requirements:

  • At least 2 to 5 years of small business accounting experience
  • Transaction categorization
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Accrual adjusting entries
  • Fixed assets and debt schedules
  • Preparing and analyzing financial statements
  • Running payroll
  • Strong with computers, spreadsheets, and accounting software
  • Comfortable delegating and overseeing routine work
