Job Description
Client Manager overseeing the monthly financial close from start to finish for small business clients. Requiring solid accounting experience and ability to lead and communicate effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the monthly close from beginning to end for a portfolio of growing small business clients
- Act as the trusted point of contact for clients
- Create and document workflows for Accounting Specialists
- Review bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial statements for accuracy and completeness
Requirements:
- At least 2 to 5 years of small business accounting experience
- Transaction categorization
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Accrual adjusting entries
- Fixed assets and debt schedules
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements
- Running payroll
- Strong with computers, spreadsheets, and accounting software
- Comfortable delegating and overseeing routine work
