Job Description
Client Support Specialist supporting Rynoh software clients with escheat setup, due diligence, and compliance reporting. Remote Colombia role employed through RemoFirst.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure RynohEscheat Pro clients are properly set up in Rynoh, including bank accounts activated, holders set up, Pro Letterhead uploaded, and imports completed if needed
- Perform daily escheat due diligence, including creating and sending due diligence letters, responding to payee requests, updating Rynoh Escheat transactions with notes, and contacting clients for check reissues
- Conduct quarterly compliance reviews and maintain the escheat database
- File state NAUPA reports as assigned
- Apply general knowledge of the escheat module and troubleshoot and correct errors
- Complete assigned duties with little to no supervision
- Maintain awareness of RynohLive software functions to answer customer questions and troubleshoot customer problems
- Communicate with clients and their escheat payees
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a client support setting
- Greater than average understanding of computers and software, with ability to fix general computer problems
- Driven self-starter with a positive mindset and proven ability to work with little to no supervision
- Ability to multi-task and manage workload
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage own schedule
- Flexibility to meet the ever-changing needs of a growing business
- Written and oral communication skills, including ability to interact in person and over the phone with people from all backgrounds
- Microsoft Office Products experience required
- Must be able to pass background check
- Experience in banking and/or the title industry preferred
- Experience in an IT setting with client interaction preferred
- Knowledge of online banking systems preferred
- Quiet workspace
- Internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
