Job Description
Client Support Specialist collaborating with clients to enhance experience with RumbleUp's platform. Working remotely to build relationships and provide guidance for success.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with existing clients
- Understand client needs and help overcome challenges
- Transform clients into long-term partners and advocates
- Provide guidance that enhances client experience
Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service experience (preferred)
- A natural communicator—personable, energetic, and patient
- Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
- Integrity, humility, and professionalism when working with diverse people
- Familiarity with Zendesk, Slack, Google Sheets and Hubspot
- Experience with RumbleUp platform strongly preferred
- Willing to travel quarterly
