Job Description

Client Support Specialist collaborating with clients to enhance experience with RumbleUp's platform. Working remotely to build relationships and provide guidance for success.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with existing clients
  • Understand client needs and help overcome challenges
  • Transform clients into long-term partners and advocates
  • Provide guidance that enhances client experience

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience (preferred)
  • A natural communicator—personable, energetic, and patient
  • Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
  • Integrity, humility, and professionalism when working with diverse people
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, Slack, Google Sheets and Hubspot
  • Experience with RumbleUp platform strongly preferred
  • Willing to travel quarterly
