Job Description
Remote Clinical Coordinator supporting U.S. healthcare teams with nursing schedules, records, billing, and compliance workflows. Coordinating providers and nurses to keep patient-care operations organized.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate clinical operations and schedules by arranging nursing visits for host home and group home settings, maintaining provider calendars, and tracking monthly, quarterly, and annual visits, assessments, and injections
- Manage communications and coordination through email and phone, responding to requests and routing information to appropriate providers, nurses, or internal teams
- Organize and maintain clinical documentation by filing nursing records, reviewing doctor’s notes and RN service documentation for completeness, and keeping records accurate and up to date
- Support assessments and clinical workflows by pre-filling patient demographics, coordinating medication refill requests, and ensuring required documents are reviewed and updated
- Support billing and invoicing by reviewing RN service documentation and preparing completed nursing service data and invoices for processing
- Maintain accurate healthcare records and systems by entering and updating information in secure healthcare and state-managed platforms while protecting confidential patient information and following HIPAA requirements
- Support compliance and quality processes through documentation reviews, audits, reporting, version control, and adherence to state program guidelines and internal policies
- Help improve daily operations by identifying gaps, keeping tasks on track, and improving clinical coordination, documentation, and administrative workflows
- Provide general administrative support to help providers and internal teams stay organized and productive
Requirements:
- Experience in healthcare administration, clinical coordination, nursing support, medical office administration, or a similar role
- Experience coordinating nursing visits, appointments, provider schedules, or healthcare services, with strong follow-through and organization
- Comfortable handling clinical documentation, patient records, assessments, and confidential healthcare information while following HIPAA and U.S. healthcare standards
- Familiarity with healthcare systems, electronic records, state-managed platforms, and medical billing or invoicing is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records, review documentation, and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence handling email, phone, and day-to-day coordination
- Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with providers, nurses, and internal teams
- Experience with RingCentral or similar communication platforms is a plus
