Job Description

Clinical Delivery Coordinator optimizing provider and coach assignments for Twin Health’s AI-powered metabolic-health platform. Analyzing care-team data, balancing panels, and improving clinical operations across healthcare systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Support daily provider assignments based on licensure and coach assignments based on operational requirements
  • Monitor care team panels for program, tenure, coverage, onboarding, attrition, PTO, licensure, and language-related requirements
  • Respond to providers and coaches regarding care team and assignment requests
  • Coordinate assignment and reassignment issue resolution with internal stakeholders
  • Perform data validation and quality checks
  • Maintain assignment trackers and reports and inform product requirements with data-driven decisions
  • Resolve assignment discrepancies with Clinical Delivery, Practice Management, Licensure, and clinical teams
  • Create and follow SOPs and escalate issues when necessary
  • Identify inefficiencies through data analysis and recommend process improvements
  • Use AI tools such as Claude to streamline workflows
  • Support quality-assurance initiatives and cycle-time reduction
  • Liaise between clinical delivery, practice management, clinical operations, and technical/product teams
  • Collaborate with Salesforce and integration teams on assignment-related projects
  • Provide operational updates to leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Generate reports on assignment status, panel balance, and coverage gaps
  • Track time-to-assignment, panel load distribution, and reassignment volume
  • Build dashboards and trackers for leadership visibility
  • Flag trends and anomalies such as unbalanced panels and licensure mismatches
  • Support ad hoc data pulls and analysis requests
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas, filters, sorting, pivot tables, lookup functions, and data analysis
  • Familiarity with Claude or other AI productivity tools
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology, healthcare provider licenses, Advanced Practice Providers, and care team structures
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
