Job Description
Clinical Sales Specialist supporting Foot and Ankle team at Enovis, driving sales growth and building customer relationships in the orthopedic industry.
Responsibilities:
- Attend first cases with either new agents or new doctors or lost doctors or "doctors at risk" as determined by the Sales Leadership Team
- Assist with surgeon sawbones or cadaver labs
- Assist distributors and representatives with sales calls on all product lines within Foot & Ankle
- Staff all trade shows, regional or local meetings as determined by the leadership team
- Act as a field liaison to the corporate office for marketing, R&D, operations, customer service including: assist in providing literature or materials as needed by agents or representatives
- Assist in scheduling, sourcing materials, and staffing labs
- Provide product feedback or product complaints
- Training & execution of technical product sales
- In-field sales: Pipelining, targeting, prospecting, and executing calls driving revenue & growth
- Support downstream strategic sales initiatives
Requirements:
- Must have prior orthopedic experience (Foot & Ankle highly preferred)
- 3+ years’ experience in the operating room (preferred)
- 5 years of quota-based sales experience (preferred)
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and current automobile insurance
- Experience in healthcare industry or medical sales
- Experience working with distributors
- Knowledge of healthcare insurance and third-party reimbursement
