Job Description
Cloud Services Engineer providing cloud solutions for Digital Pathology workflows. Collaborating with clients and optimizing AWS environments for performance and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and design cloud solutions that meet their requirements.
- Configure and deploy various AWS services, ensuring to implement best practices for security, performance, and cost optimization.
- Continuously monitor and optimize clients' AWS environments to ensure performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
- Support commercial efforts by presenting Professional Services capabilities to perspective clients in seminars and tradeshows, or giving technical presentations, as required.
- Responsible for the appropriate accessing and handling of electronic Protected Health Information (PHI) as outlined by policy and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Equivalent work experience may substitute for degree requirement
- Two (2) years of experience working with cloud technologies
- Strong understanding of AWS services, features, and best practices
- Authorization to work in the United States, or appropriate authorization to work in the applicant’s current home country (Indica Labs, Inc. does not sponsor work visas)
