Job Description
Commercial Analyst at EverWell, analyzing data for growth opportunities and robust financial models. Collaborating with stakeholders to support decision-making across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Partner across product, GTM and deals to provide sharp commercial insight on investments, launches and contracts
- Create robust financial models, scenarios and business cases that turn complexity into confident decisions
- Analyse market and performance data to uncover new revenue streams and growth levers
- Work with Finance and Revenue leaders to deliver accurate, trusted forecasts and performance reporting
- Design tools and processes that raise the bar on commercial thinking and execution across the business
Requirements:
- Strong analytical toolkit – Advanced Excel/Sheets, financial modelling, SQL, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau or Power BI)
- Solid commercial instincts – Hands-on experience with pricing, unit economics, LTV/CAC, cohorts, funnels and sales productivity in SaaS
- Clear, compelling communication – Able to turn analysis into crisp stories, visuals and recommendations that influence leaders
- Collaborative mindset – Comfortable partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance and Support, and influencing without authority
- Bias to action – Pragmatic, outcome-focused and energised by pace and ambiguity
