Job Description
Compliance Analyst at NRMP overseeing case management and ensuring adherence to matching program policies. Collaborating with various stakeholders to address compliance matters while managing documentation effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Supports the Director of Policy and Compliance and the Senior Compliance Analysts in the effective oversight of case management activities
- Manage and prioritize caseload, ensuring adherence with NRMP policy timelines
- Correspond with all parties and collect documentation for files; identify/analyze gaps and follow up accordingly with parties to solicit additional information
- Ensure documentation collected is complete, comprehensive, and sufficient for executive leadership deliberation
- Escalate cases, as needed, to Senior Compliance Analysts for review and/or additional processing prior to executive leadership deliberation
- Process violation investigations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a policy, social science, or health-related discipline or experience determined to be equivalent
- Three to five years of experience working in a compliance role and/or interpreting policy and regulating policy compliance, preferably in a medical or medical education-based organization
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; proven experience in report writing
- Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills
- Proven ability to safeguard sensitive, often confidential information
- Detailed-oriented, organized, and thorough
- Ability to problem-solve through logic and trial and error; ability and willingness to learn new software and applications
- Microsoft Office Suite
