Job Description
Compliance Officer overseeing projects ensuring adherence to laws and regulations at Codekeeper. Leading compliance initiatives and managing project timelines in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee projects that ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies while driving successful project outcomes.
- Lead initiatives involving compliance program development, risk assessments, policy implementation, and training.
- Monitor project progress and compliance metrics to ensure projects meet compliance and operational objectives while maintaining high standards.
- Act as the key liaison between compliance teams, project stakeholders, and department heads.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and project risks, proactively addressing challenges with a problem-solving mindset.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in compliance management, project management, or a related role with an emphasis on problem-solving and risk mitigation.
- Familiarity with developing compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, or managing certifications like ISO27001 is a plus.
- Proficiency in contemporary web tools such as Google Docs, Zapier, Linear, or similar technologies.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Exceptional organizational skills, analytical thinking, and a meticulous approach to tasks.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced, remote-first work environment.
