Job Description
Quantitative analytics consultant at Verve, helping global brands understand people, markets and opportunities. Applying research, advanced analytics and AI to solve complex client challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to quantitative and mixed method insight programmes that help clients answer important questions and make better decisions
- Synthesise diverse sources of evidence, human understanding and strategic thinking to solve complex business problems
- Build consultancy skills through exposure to different sectors, methodologies, technologies and business problems
- Apply advanced analytical approaches where appropriate
- Explore AI, innovation and emerging tools to improve work and deliverables
- Bring ideas, support new initiatives and identify ways to improve
- Contribute to proposal writing, pitches and new business development
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients and contribute to a positive team culture
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in research and consultancy environments
- Strong quantitative methodological foundations
- Experience in advanced analytics
- Aptitude for advanced analytics would be advantageous
- Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies
- Interest in or experience experimenting with coding, building AI-powered projects or creating tools
- Proactive, dependable and willing to take ownership
- Adaptability in fast-moving environments and comfort working across sectors, methods and challenges
- Commercial awareness and interest in business growth and client decision-making
- Interest in contributing to proposal writing, pitches and new business development
- Ability to structure thinking, share ideas confidently and build relationships with colleagues and clients
- Ability to collaborate, share knowledge and contribute to a positive team culture
- Additional language skills are a bonus
