Job Description
Consultant in SAP Customer Experience (CX) helping customers with ongoing projects. Designing workshops and developing solutions in a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Offer customers the best customer experience and help shape our success story
- Actively support customers in ongoing projects from analysis, optimization, and design to the implementation of marketing, sales, and service processes
- Design individual workshops and develop customer-specific solutions
- Responsible for the budget and content of national and international projects
Requirements:
- Several years of experience as a (Senior) SAP Consultant:in, as a (Partial) Project Manager:in for large projects or in a comparable function
- Deep knowledge in the implementation of the SAP solution SAP CRM / CX
- Strong IT affinity, analytical-conceptual mindset and a good understanding of complex and technical issues as well as customer vision
- Enjoy working in a team and providing individual consulting services to customers
- Independent, methodical and result-oriented actions and thinking
- Enthusiasm, flexibility and assertiveness
- Confident appearance and business fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel
