Job Description

Content Creator developing engaging learning resources for Learning & Development team. Creating blended learning solutions and validating content for Employment Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop blended learning resources (instructor-led + digital)
  • Create interactive e-learning modules using Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline)
  • Write clear, concise instructional text and scripts for learning materials
  • Design visually appealing slide decks, guides, templates, and job aids
  • Develop videos, infographics, and other multimedia learning assets
  • Research industry-related topics and Employment Services best practices
  • Validate content accuracy using credible sources
  • Adapt technical information into clear, learner-friendly formats
  • Ensure all content reflects company culture and values
  • Maintain brand consistency across all training materials
  • Review and test e-learning modules for functionality, accessibility, and user experience
  • Partner with L&D team and subject matter experts to gather information and validate content
  • Collaborate to measure content effectiveness and learner engagement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in instructional design and content development
  • Strong knowledge of Employment Services delivery and related processes
  • Familiarity with Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline) or similar e-learning tools; or a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms.
  • Ability to create engaging, learner-focused content for both e-learning and facilitated sessions
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices in learning design (preferred)
  • Solid understanding of confidentiality and professional codes of conduct
  • Certification in instructional design or e-learning development (preferred)
  • Experience in Employment Services delivery or Workshop Facilitation may be considered an equivalent to formal education or certification
