Job Description
Content Producer (Video) responsible for producing high-quality video content for a digital marketing agency. Flexibility as independent contractor aligns with Australian business hours.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, produce, and edit engaging video content aligned with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing strategists, designers, and performance teams to develop video concepts that support SEO/SEM, paid media, and customer journey initiatives.
- Manage the end-to-end video production process, including pre-production planning, filming, editing, and post-production.
- Create video assets tailored for multiple platforms, including websites, social media, paid advertising, and email campaigns.
- Optimize video content for engagement, reach, and conversion performance across digital channels.
- Maintain brand consistency in tone, style, and visual identity across all video outputs.
- Analyze video performance metrics and apply insights to improve future content.
- Manage production timelines, budgets, and asset organization to ensure timely delivery.
- Stay up to date with emerging video trends, formats, and platform best practices.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience in video production, content creation, or multimedia roles within a marketing or agency environment.
- Strong skills in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools).
- Experience developing content for digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
- Understanding of brand strategy and performance-driven marketing principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong storytelling ability with attention to visual detail and creative direction.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
