Job Description
YouTube Media Producer creating long-form content honoring service and American values. Leading production efforts and managing YouTube performance metrics for Black Rifle Coffee Company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all pre-production efforts including scripting support and logistics
- Direct and manage on-location shoots, leading crews and talent
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple projects
- Partner with editors to guide narrative and final output
- Own publishing of content to YouTube and optimize for performance
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in media production
- 3+ years producing long-form YouTube content
- 3+ years managing productions or production teams
- Military experience required
- Strong working knowledge of YouTube platform dynamics
