Job Description
Contracts Specialist drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial agreements for Jabil’s global engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing solutions. Supporting legal, procurement, finance, sales, and business teams.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including master services agreements, statements of work, non-disclosure agreements, procurement agreements, and partnership agreements
- Ensure contracts comply with internal policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and risk management guidelines
- Collaborate with legal, sales, procurement, finance, and other internal stakeholders to translate business needs into contractual terms
- Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks, providing recommendations to business teams
- Maintain contract records in the company's contract management system
- Assist with contract templates, processes, and best practices
- Provide guidance and training to internal teams on contractual matters and company policies
- Support dispute resolution and contract amendments
- Monitor relevant legal and industry changes impacting contract law and Jabil's business
