Job Description
Controls Engineer designing control systems including programming and commissioning for electrical engineering projects. Remote position with travel requirements and focus on power systems integration.
Responsibilities:
- Design of control systems including: Network Architecture, Cause and Effect Diagram, Control Philosophy, SCADA Maps.
- Programming of control system using PLC and HMI software tools.
- Startup/Commissioning of control system (within continental US).
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in control systems and startup/commissioning.
- Experience with pipeline and/or oil and gas processing a plus.
- Must have experience with low and medium voltage controls.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without need for employer-sponsored visa (work permit).
- Must be able to fluently read, write, and speak English.
