Job Description
Senior Manager - Substation Physical Engineer at ANS shaping the future of multi-disciplinary engineering projects in the renewables sector.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership, overseeing the engineering work of the team, facilitating training, and fostering resource development to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, across multiple departments (and geographies) to ensure project execution to support company goals and business objectives.
- Demands a forward-thinking mindset, staying open to new ideas, technologies, and ways of working to explore innovative solutions and continuously seek improvements.
Requirements:
- BS in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution or equivalent Engineering BS degree. Preference to Power specific programs.
- Professional Engineer License
- 5+ years of experience in substation design and engineering.
- Ability to Travel up to 25% and hold a Passport
- Not Required but Bonus Points for: Being fluent in Spanish
