Job Description
HRIS Engineer responsible for technical configurations and stakeholder management in Workday at Stripe. Ensuring system integrity and facilitating annual compensation cycles.
Responsibilities:
- Own technical health of HCM, Compensation and Prism environments
- Lead technical configuration for annual cycles
- Manage high-pressure stakeholder relationships
- Serve as system subject matter expert for Workday HCM & Compensation
- Leverage Workday Prism for data orchestration
- Design professional compensation and stock statements
- Drive product-led strategic projects
Requirements:
- 5+ years in HRIS/People Systems
- 3+ years in Workday HCM, Reporting, and Advanced Compensation modules
- Proven experience with confidential information
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Expertise in Workday Prism Analytics, EIB, and BIRT
- Leading technical backend of Annual Comp/Performance cycles
- Advanced proficiency in Matrix and Composite reporting
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
