Job Description

HRIS Engineer responsible for technical configurations and stakeholder management in Workday at Stripe. Ensuring system integrity and facilitating annual compensation cycles.

Responsibilities:

  • Own technical health of HCM, Compensation and Prism environments
  • Lead technical configuration for annual cycles
  • Manage high-pressure stakeholder relationships
  • Serve as system subject matter expert for Workday HCM & Compensation
  • Leverage Workday Prism for data orchestration
  • Design professional compensation and stock statements
  • Drive product-led strategic projects

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in HRIS/People Systems
  • 3+ years in Workday HCM, Reporting, and Advanced Compensation modules
  • Proven experience with confidential information
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Expertise in Workday Prism Analytics, EIB, and BIRT
  • Leading technical backend of Annual Comp/Performance cycles
  • Advanced proficiency in Matrix and Composite reporting
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
