Job Description
Corporate Travel Consultant managing travel support and assisting with online fulfillment at WTS. Working with a team on their proprietary tool and maintaining high standards of service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist travelers and Travel Managers with travel requests
- Troubleshoot and report platform bugs to development
- Communicate with teammates and travelers to help solve problems
- Build relationships with coworkers and clients
- Work on multiple evolving projects
Requirements:
- Strong Sabre experience booking domestic and international travel via phone calls, emails, and chat
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilize travel platforms for booking and supporting clients
- Proactive work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to ongoing follow-up
