Job Description
Couples Therapist with OurRitual facilitating remote sessions with clients using digital tools. Working collaboratively to support relationship goals through innovative therapy approaches.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct 1:1 sessions with members to assess their relationship goals and collaboratively choose the most suitable educational pathways
- Review member responses to questionnaires and journal prompts
- Facilitate individual and couple sessions to deepen the integration of therapeutic materials and address relationship concerns
Requirements:
- Certified and licensed psychologist, social worker, or counselor with a graduate degree in mental health from a recognized university
- At least 4 years of experience working with couples and individuals on relationship-related concerns and distress
- Open to integrating digital tools (video, audio, and text) into your practice
- Fluent English speaker with the ability to quickly establish trust with clients
- Able to commit to at least 12 hours weekly
- Experience working with families/couples
- Preferably skilled in EFT, CBT, IFS, DBT, Gottman, or Differentiation approaches
- Committed to ongoing professional development
- Curious, creative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Intuitive and capable of improvising in tense situations
