Job Description
Creative Digital Designer designing and building digital assets for Deciphex's brand presence. Collaborating across teams to enhance digital experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Digital & Web Design, build, and maintain web pages and microsites across Deciphex brands.
- Create and update high-converting landing pages integrated with HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, and analytics tools.
- Ensure all pages are SEO-optimised, responsive, and visually aligned with brand standards.
- Manage basic hosting tasks and liaise with IT where needed.
- Develop reusable templates and design systems to accelerate campaign delivery.
- Monitor and report on page performance and recommend improvements to UX and conversion.
- Develop digital assets for social, email, and campaign use.
- Create and update brochures, event visuals, and branded templates.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visuals and business units.
- Collaborate with General Marketing, Demand Generation, and Content teams to deliver digital campaigns from concept to execution.
- Bring fresh ideas and continuously improve how design and digital assets are produced across the organisation.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in a digital design, web design, or marketing design role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
- Experience with WordPress or Webflow; ability to edit or implement HTML/CSS.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and SEO best practices.
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and digital UX.
- Experience working with multiple brands or business units a plus.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing your own project pipeline.
