Job Description
Creative Director leading immersive brand experiences across interactive installations, spatial environments, stunts, and digital media for Hovercraft. Managing creative teams, client relationships, pitches, and production delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to execute high-level creative vision across projects from conception to installation
- Set and lead concept development across campaigns and create space for the team to refine big ideas
- Manage client relationships and expectations, providing project status and creative resource information
- Understand design team capabilities and strengths to support resourcing plans and creative team utilization
- Manage teams of 4–8 people across multiple quick-moving projects
- Lead strategic development of client assignments and new business opportunities
- Develop and lead pitches to high-profile clients as needed
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technology
- Collaborate with production, technology, and animation teams to ensure projects reach their potential and are delivered on time and on budget
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a creative role within an agency or design studio
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership position
- Strong foundation in design principles and ability to tell brand narrative storylines across varied mediums
- High standard of quality across work
- Strong conceptual thinking and experience designing around loose briefs in varied 3D mediums
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment
- Proven time management and organization skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Slack
- Resume or LinkedIn profile and portfolio required with application
