Job Description
Influencer Talent Manager growing creator careers and securing brand deals for Grail Talent, an influencer management agency. Developing content strategies and expanding its creator roster.
Responsibilities:
- Manage influencer portfolios and help creators grow their platform presence while securing brand deals
- Scout and sign new creators, focusing on emerging and established influencers
- Build and nurture partnerships with brands and agencies to book talent for campaigns
- Negotiate deals with brands and record labels
- Develop content strategies for clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape strategy and expand the talent roster
- Manage creators' careers, audience growth, and content monetization
- Work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced remote environment
Requirements:
- Familiarity with large social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and drive your own agenda
- Willingness to hustle to get the job done
- Experience with talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies is a bonus
