Job Description

Credentialing Analyst with Experian investigating potential subscribers for fraud and compliance with regulations. Providing education on credit report usage and updating accounts in Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigates potential subscribers to eliminate the possibility of fraudulent use
  • Ensures compliance to the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Gramm–Leach–Bliley Act rules
  • Obtains supporting documentation to account for due diligence, compliance, and financial stability
  • Educates potential and new external clients on permissible purpose and appropriate use of credit reports
  • Updates Salesforce and Mainframe accounts while accessing appropriate business reports for review
  • Responsible for any special projects or tasks and process improvements
  • Provides set up assistance to customers

Requirements:

  • Two to four years fraud investigations experience
  • Web and Query experience (Salesforce/mainframe Knowledge)
  • Bachelor's Degree (High-school Diploma)
