Job Description
CRM Product Owner defining and managing the CRM product roadmap. Liaising with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with Salesforce standards at Arrow Electronics.
Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the CRM product roadmap, aligning it with business goals
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, end users, and technical delivery teams
- Own the product backlog; prioritize features and enhancements
- Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure clear acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT
- Maintain awareness of Salesforce platform capabilities
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security standards are upheld
- Monitor and report on CRM adoption, KPIs, and business outcomes
- Champion user training, change management, and communication
Requirements:
