Job Description
Customer Care & Sales Representative providing exceptional service and converting inquiries into appointments. Join a fast-growing company in the home services sector located in California.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and confidence
- Schedule inspections and pest control services efficiently
- Educate customers on our services and clearly explain value and benefits
- Upsell and cross-sell applicable services when appropriate
- Assist customers and field technicians with scheduling, service questions, and order concerns
- Handle basic billing, payment, and report-related questions
- Maintain accurate customer and job records
- Support team goals related to booking rates, conversions, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Strong sales ability with a customer-first approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable handling objections and closing appointments
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Professional phone presence and positive attitude
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales preferred
