Job Description

Customer Experience Associate engaging with customers through various channels to resolve inquiries and maintain service standards. Collaborating with teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls, chats, and emails
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer issues and interactions
  • Route concerns to the appropriate departments
  • Handle order inquiries and report vendor-related issues in line with company standards
  • Meet department averages for performance metrics, including PRP, QA, CSAT, and time logged in queues
  • All other assigned duties

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the field of customer service
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to accept and adjust accordingly to constructive feedback
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Great communicator
  • Regular and predictable attendance
